The body can lean back a bit, the twist mainly happening at the waist. If one arm is raised, the horizontal line of the shoulders is also pulled up on that side.

The more the figure is swaying, the more the shoulders and hips tilt toward each other on one side.

The upper body can rotate in one direction while the lower rotates in another. The torso then twists, with the horizontal lines going in different directions.

If the body is twisted a lot at a three-quarters viewing angle, the horizontal lines become even more tilted.
